The Guardian takes about 30 minutes to fully re-charge on iRO2. The Guardian can only be summoned when the orange bar is full, which it depletes upon summoning. Once the player has completed the initial Guardian Summoning quest at Crupaz, they can call it by clicking the job icon on their character frame.
